About This Game

So. Myth Engine has a Builder Mode. One switch, and a finished game grows a Toybox that players can build from. I flipped it on for the Voxel Frontier starter to see what happens.

What happens is this. The closed Toybox sits in the corner as an explorer's trunk. Open it and you get twenty-seven kinds of block plus two creatures, a meadow hopper and a night prowler. Place them anywhere in the streamed world, then press Play and walk through what you built in first person.

Your versions save in this browser, so you can come back, keep building, or reset to the original world. It is an experiment: it downloads a big engine, it is rough around the edges, and it will change.

How to Play

Controls WASD and mouse to move and look. Hold left mouse to mine, right mouse to place (E / R also work). Q drops an item, F opens containers. Esc menu.

Wait for the loading screen to finish, then click the explorer's trunk to open the Toybox. Pick blocks or creatures and place them in the world. Press Play to walk your world in first person, and save a version when you like it.

I switched Builder Mode on for the voxel starter and it handed players the whole world. Seemed rude not to share it.
